Australia’s BetMakers Technology Group says that it has recorded its “strongest quarter to date” in the three months ending June 30th. The group recorded total cash receipts of AU$8.9 million, a quarterly increase of 71 percent and a yearly rise of 272 percent.
The group notes that the revenue growth was due to a “significant increase in the Australian market,” as well as “a positive early result” from the company’s international expansion plans.
This included the group’s asset acquisition of Connecticut-based Sportech PLC. During the quarter the group invested some AU$1.5 million in technology and hardware in the United States, with further plans for international expansion.
