Crown Melbourne to reopen November 25, including smoking ban

Crown Resorts said its Crown Melbourne property will reopen from Wednesday Nov. 25th with a maximum capacity of 1,000 and every second gaming machine turned off. It will also instituting a smoking ban on VIPs to protect employees from infection.
