Crown Resorts said former Lendlease boss Steve McCann has been confirmed as CEO and managing director after receiving all the necessary regulatory approvals.
Crown announced McCann’s appointment in May.
Prior to joining Crown, McCann had been group CEO at Lendlease for more than a decade. He brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate, funds management, capital markets and investment banking to the group.
Crown has undergone a major management reshuffle this year since the Bergin Inquiry into its operations found it was unsuitable to hold a casino license for its Barangaroo property in Sydney.
