Jane Tsai, managing partner of JCT Holdings and a member of the C3 Gaming group, expects demand in Asia to be stronger than ever once vaccinations are rolled out and international travel resumes. In this week’s Face to Face interview, Jane Tsai tells AGB managing editor Sharon Singleton that regulators need to recognize that there have been fundamental shifts in the way people consume entertainment. Tsai argues that operators need to be given the flexibility to respond to the changes and introduce new products.
