Following consultation with the industry and stakeholders of the 2022 ASEAN Gaming Summit, Asia Gaming Brief has decided to postpone the March 2022 event to July 2022 to give more time for travel restrictions to ease.

Felix Ng, conference director at ASEAN Gaming Summit said: “We have unfortunately witnessed an increasingly challenging environment in Manila and the Philippines in recent weeks, not only from a travel perspective, but from a logistics and workforce standpoint as well.”

“As disappointed as we are to have to postpone the event for another few months, we made the decision under the commitment to provide a standout in-person event, which would not be possible at our planned March dates.”

The ASEAN Gaming Summit team is now in discussion with the venue to finalize a date for the in-person event to run in July.
