Philippines warns against illegal POGO operators

The Philippines’ government has once again warned about the operation of illegal Philippine Offshore Gambling Operators in the country, after reports of staff being hired by Chinese online gambling companies that are operating without a license.

The report came after a Taiwanese worker claims he was lured to the Philippines with the promise of work and then kept as a slave worker in a hotel in Manila.
