DigiPlus sets up Singapore subsidiary with no gaming operations

DigiPlus Global Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Philippine-based digital entertainment company DigiPlus Interactive Corp., has officially been incorporated in Singapore following its Board of Directors’ approval on February 26th, 2025.

According to a filing to the Philippines Stock Exchange on Tuesday, the company notes that the Singapore subsidiary will not operate any gaming platforms due to strict regulatory requirements in the country. Instead, it will focus solely on providing regional support services as part of the company’s international expansion strategy.

DigiPlus Global is fully owned by Diginvest Holdings Inc., which is a 100 percent subsidiary of DigiPlus Interactive. The new entity has been formally registered under Singapore’s business activity classification for head and regional offices, functioning as DigiPlus Interactive’s centralized administrative and management office.

DigiPlus Interactive Chairman Eusebio Tanco emphasized the strategic importance of this development: “This is not just an expansion; it’s a foundational step in our growth strategy. By anchoring our international presence in Singapore—one of the world’s most advanced business ecosystems—we are accelerating DigiPlus’ transformation into a globally recognized force in digital entertainment.”

The Philippine-based digital entertainment leader views this expansion as a key element in its global growth strategy. The Singapore subsidiary will drive international ambitions through strategic partnerships, talent acquisition, and corporate support while respecting local regulations.

This strategic decision positions DigiPlus to enhance its access to global expertise, foster cross-border collaboration, and develop high-value relationships in strategic markets. It also strengthens the company’s capacity to pioneer innovations in digital entertainment while supporting the continued growth of its dominant Philippine platforms—BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone.
