Banyan Tree enters the Philippines with Hann Reserve Resort in New Clark City

Leading Asian hospitality group Banyan Tree is officially entering the Philippines in cooperation with Hann Resorts. Located around a two-hour drive north of Metro Manila, the new Hann Reserve integrated resort just saw its ground-breaking ceremony take place and is scheduled to open for guests in 2026.

Planned to be an ultra-luxury sanctuary, the multi-billion-dollar Hann Reserve is close to the newly developed Clark International Airport and will occupy an area of 450 hectares. Next to three 18-hole championship golf courses and a mixed use commercial center, the focus of the resort will on providing the type of luxury accommodation Banyan Tree is famous for.

Dedicated event spaces, a Banyan Tree Gallery selling local and hand crafted arts, and dining options that include the Saffron Thai restaurant brand will also be available.

As is the signature of the Banyan Tree, the project will focus on sustainability, cultural sensitivity and luxury inspired by nature.

The architecture of the villas will draw on the heritage of the Philippines and the surrounding areas of Tarlac and Pampanga, while materials used will be eco-friendly and sustainable.
