Four hotels on Macau’s Cotai Strip and one on the city’s peninsula have been awarded a Gold ranking in the 2020 edition of the Macau Green Hotel Awards.
The awards are given out by the SAR’s Environmental Protection Bureau (DSPA) and carry a validity of three years.
The hotels in question are the Grand Hyatt Macau, Venetian Macau, Wynn Macau, Four Seasons Hotel and Parisian Macau.
Over 14 years, some 57 hotels in Macau have been awarded under the energy-saving and environmental protection initiative. These include other properties operated by Macau’s six gaming concessionnaires such as the Banyan Tree, MGM Macau, the Londoner, Wynn Palace and Morpheus.
