SJM posts HK$1 billion Q3 loss, but sees green shoots of recovery

SJM Holdings reported a loss attributable to shareholders of HK$1.03 billion (US$132.8 million) in Q3, compared with a profit of HK$738 million a year earlier, but said it has seen signs of a pick up towards the end of the quarter.

The operator said it now expects to open its Grand Lisboa Palace on Cotai in the first quarter of next year.
