Co-hosted by Lisboeta Macau and Find Macau, the two-day “Pet Pet Loving Festival” was officially launched today at Lisboeta Macau’s Old Macau Street, featuring a diverse range of activities including booth games, pet interaction and play zones, pet grooming knowledge sessions, pet skateboarding performances, local singer performances, and charity sales.
The festival aims to promote animal care and facilitate interaction between pets and their owners. Highlighting Macao’s first reptile experience area, the festival extends a warm welcome to exotic pets.
Esteemed guests including Ms. Christine Hong, Vice President of Retail & Event Business Development of Lisboeta Macau, Ms. Carmen Wong, Business Development Director of Find Macau, and Ms. Happy, representative of Everyone Stray Dogs Macau Volunteer Group, were invited to jointly officiate the opening ceremony of “Pet Pet Loving Festival”.
Over 800 pet enthusiasts and their pets were attracted to the festival on the first day. The series of exciting programs allow pets and their owners to enjoy delightful moments together, creating a lively atmosphere filled with laughter.
The venue included two photo spots where pet owners could use provided props to capture precious moments with their pets in various poses, while allowing owners to enjoy shopping with their pets and relax in the comfortable seating areas to savor delicious food from the on-site charity sales and food stalls.
These activities fostered joyful memories with their furry and exotic friends. Part of the event’s revenue will be donated to Everyone Stray Dogs Macau Volunteer Group, supporting the rescue of abandoned or troubled animals and enhancing animal welfare.
Ms. Christine Hong, Vice President of Retail & Event Business Development of Lisboeta Macau, stated in her opening speech: “We are delighted to promote the pet-friendly concept, advocate animal welfare and encourage the concept of ‘Adopt, Don’t Abandon’ here together.
