Zitro achieves milestone with 3,200+ ESG training hours in 2025

Spanish gaming supplier Zitro reported that its ESG training surpassed 3,200 hours across its facilities in Spain in 2025, marking a 33% increase compared to 2024.

This milestone reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to environmental responsibility, employee well-being, and good corporate governance.

The average number of ESG training hours per employee also increased from 3.12 hours in 2024 to 3.80 hours in 2025, surpassing the company’s target for the year.

The achievement was made possible through the joint efforts of Zitro’s Sustainability and Learning departments, which developed training initiatives aligned with the company’s evolving needs.

Zitro’s Commitment to ESG

Zitro’s ESG training program covers the three core pillars of sustainability:
  • Environmental: energy efficiency, waste management, circular economy practices, and reducing the carbon footprint of day-to-day operations.
  • Social: occupational health and safety, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance, and employee well-being.
  • Governance: business ethics, regulatory compliance, transparency, and corporate best practices.

Through these initiatives, Zitro reaffirms its commitment to continuous employee training in sustainability, supporting an increasingly responsible business approach aligned with international industry standards.
