Six gaming firms have been ranked within Time’s World’s Best Companies of 2023, with MGM Resorts International topping the list.

According to the yearly ranking, MGM was ranked at number 218, achieving an overall score of 85.01 and a growth rate evaluated as ‘very high’.

Caesars Entertainment came in close behind, at 277, with a ranking of 83.97, with its growth rate also evaluated as ‘very high’.

Wynn Resorts came in third amongst the gaming operators – classified within the ‘Hospitality, Travel & Leisure category’, ranking at 430 with a score of 81.82 and a ‘high’ growth rate.

Las Vegas Sands trailed Wynn, at 483rd, with a score of 80.99 and a ‘moderate’ growth rate.

Meanwhile Ireland-based Flutter Entertainment ranked at 597, with a score of 78.91 and a ‘very high’ growth rate.

Penn National Gaming came last out of the gaming-linked companies, at 716th, scoring 75.84, despite a ‘very high’ growth rate.

Overall, the ranking was led by tech companies – with Microsoft taking the top spot, followed by Apple, Alphabet and Meta Platforms.
