iGaming software provider Asia Live Tech has announced it has been acquired by igaming platform and solutions provider B2B Gaming

Asia Live Tech was established in 2011. The platform provides live dealer solutions, products, and games, operating out of a casino in Cambodia.

The B2B Gaming acquisition will also see ALT’s sister company, Start Live Casino acquired – both of whom will eventually fall under the branding and website of B2B Gaming.

“B2B Gaming has been a rising force in the iGaming industry over the course and has been engaged with us in closed-door meetings to acquire our companies. Thus, after reviewing the potential growth and benefit that this can bring to our valued clientele, we have formally finalized the acquisition earlier this year,” ALT wrote in a statement.

The merger will see B2B Gaming take full ownership of all intellectual property, games, systems, and properties of both Asia Live Tech and Start Live Casino.

All staff from both ALT and SLC will be retained, though the upper management team of both companies will be entering a six-month transition period before permanently exiting the company.
