Imperial Pacific International has been submitting reports with no signatures as they have been warned by the regulator not to submit documents with Ray Yumul as chief executive officer as he is not licensed by the CCC.
This has put IPI and the CCC in a peculiar position in that the IPI is running out of employees that can submit reports/documents or to speak with the CCC in matters that require clarity.
At the moment, the only person that can sign and submit documents from IPI is treasury director Frances Mafnas, though he is classified as a regular licensed employee rather than a casino key employee.
