Macau logs HK$2m in counterfeit chips in Q1

Macau authorities detected 65 fake casino chips in Q1, with a total face value of HK$2 million (257,644), compared with zero in the same quarter last year, according to a report from the Public Security Bureau.

For the whole of 2020, Macau detected 43 fake chips with a value of $1.5 million.
