Walker Digital expands its footprint

WDTS-Innovative

This year has been a challenging time for both operators and suppliers across the gaming industry. Despite these unprecedented business conditions, WDTS has achieved significant milestones in 2020, including launching Perfect Bay Baccarat in a new Asia-Pacific region, nearly doubling the Perfect Pay Table footprint in Macau, and a breakthrough expansion into North America with the first Perfect Pay deal on the Las Vegas Strip.

Emily Io, Vice President of Sales for WDTS, has observed that operators are looking for solutions that increase efficiency and profit per table from existing customers now more than ever. She notes that “Perfect Pay has the unique benefit of not only reducing operating expenses by automating manual procedures, such as player ratings and table inventory management but also driving top-line revenue with increases in game speed and table uptime. Built in game protection also eliminates losses due to theft or error – this recovered revenue goes straight to the bottom line.”

In addition to operational support, Perfect Pay is also the platform for profitable customer-favorite side bets, including Baccarat Insurance and Lucky Six, with more on the way. WDTS has also used this time for advancing priority development and partnership initiatives. One significant extension of the product includes on-table integration to cash counter units. This feature ensures that validated cash buy ins are automatically verified against chips placed on Perfect Pay’s Dealer Antenna. Ms. Io continues, “This feature truly closes the loop on chip security at the table. No other table automation product even approaches the integrity of a Perfect Pay Table.”

WDTS knows that these kinds of integrated solutions and collaborative relationships are critical to the successful evolution of today’s casino operation. Towards this end, WDTS has worked with the Macao Polytechnic Institute to place a Perfect Pay Table in the gaming innovation laboratory at the Centre of Gaming and Tourism Studies.

As 2020 draws to a close, Neil Crossan, Chief Commercial Officer, is gratified that he and his Macau-based team continues to be able to partner with customers to deliver world-class solutions and support. “Our commitment to and partnership in the success of our customer’s business is one constant in what has otherwise been a highly variable year.”
