Australian gaming supplier Aristocrat has announced the completion of its acquisition of Roxor Gaming, the B2B online real money gaming (RMG) supplier, having previously announced the deal in September of last year.

Roxor is now set to incorporate with Aristocrat’s online RMG business Anaxi, with expectations that Roxor’s remote gaming server and content publishing tech will ‘accelerate Anaxi’s strategy to grow in the iGaming market’.

Roxor was initially the in-house studio and product team of Gamesys group, being founded in 2019.

Speaking of the changes, Roxor Gaming Executive Chairman Noel Hayden said “I am delighted to see this deal signed as I feel it brings together two great companies that complement each other perfectly”.

Aristocrat’s Online RMG CEO, Mitchell Bowen noted that “Roxor is a great fit for Aristocrat, and this acquisition is another step forward in Aristocrat’s strategy to scale in online RMG. We look forward to growing together with the talented Roxor team.”
