Hong Kong-listed International Entertainment Corp. reveals that the firm is aligning its plan for the potential acquisition and development of New Hotel Land with the master development plan proposal for the development of the integrated resort (IR) under the provisional casino license in the Philippines.

International Entertainment, a Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed gaming and hotel operator, announced on Wednesday evening after trading hours that it has entered into an agreement with the Philippine gaming regulator, which PAGCOR has granted a provisional license to ‘establish and operate a casino and development of an Integrated Resort in the City of Manila’.

International Entertainment said its Marina Square Properties unit is in talks with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp (PAGCOR) over the details for a provisional IR license it received in November and it trying to develop a new operation format with the regulator.
