Redcape acquires the Gladstone Hotel in New South Wales

Redcape Hotel Group has exchanged contracts to acquire the Gladstone Hotel, Dulwich Hill, in New South Wales for a purchase price of A$38 million (US$28 million). The hotel includes a sports betting bar.
