Entain plc, formerly known as GVC Holdings PLC, said its CEO Shay Segev has given notice of his intention to leave the company to become Co-CEO of DAZN, a privately owned global sports streaming platform. Entain is the subject of an $11 billion bid from MGM Resorts.
