NagaCorp proposes notes issuance to aid liquidity

Hong Kong-listed NagaCorp, operator of NagaWorld in Phnom Penh, Cambodia is proposing to conduct international notes offering to investors in Asia and Europe in order to free up liquidity and for general corporate purposes. 

More specifically, the proposed notes issue would be undertaken by the group to refinance its 2021 Notes that are set to mature in 2021. 

Terms of the Notes, including the aggregate principal amount, the tenor, the offer price and the interest rate, will be determined through a book-building exercise to be conducted by Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and UBS as joint global coordinators in respect of the Proposed Notes Issue, said the company.
