AI company nQube reaches distribution deal with Jade Entertainment

Artificial intelligence (AI) company nQube Data Science has announced a distribution deal with Jade Entertainment and Gaming Technologies.

Jade offers a wide variety of products and services, providing both land-based and digital operators with the tools and services necessary to establish successful gaming operations. Its progressive global footprint extends from the Philippines to Vietnam, Malaysia, Macau, Saipan, Australia, and New Zealand, and continues to grow via a portfolio of partnerships with global gaming leaders and emerging technologies.

This new distribution agreement permits Jade and nQube to bring sophisticated AI solutions to these markets and allow casino operators to navigate the ever-changing gaming industry landscape through the latest automated techniques which feature: AI-driven optimization, AI-optimized behavioral segmentation of players, COVID-19 safety and economic harm mitigation analysis, predictive analytics across land-based and online gaming, and other AI technologies under development.

nQube’s suite of AI-driven products provide casino operators with insights on how to optimize their slot floor to maximize revenue and improve the player experience. At the heart of nQube’s flagship product, Reel AI, is advanced AI technology founded on over 20 years of research and development. By recognizing the slot floor as a connected ecosystem, where every machine change affects the performance of every other machine on the floor, nQube’s unique tech harnesses efficiencies to increase revenue and enhance the user experience.

Having established Reel AI in 2017, nQube has been expanding its repertoire of AI-powered gaming to include: technologies for simulating player behavior for testing of new floor layouts and remodels; modeling COVID-19 contamination and proximity exposures on the gaming floor to test cleaning and social distancing strategies; AI-optimized slot floor reductions to promote social distancing while minimizing economic impact; AI-driven segmentation of player databases and slot machine features; and predictive analytics delivered via a dashboard suite.

Joe Pisano, CEO of Jade Entertainment, said: “As the gaming landscape changes, a forward-thinking firm like nQube continues to find solutions to real, unique, and complex problems that give operators the upper hand. Above all, it is capable of creating customized AI and data modeling solutions to suit varied customer needs.

“This breakthrough distribution agreement will allow both nQube and Jade to expand their respective reach and offerings - Jade will broaden our own inventory of services to include the cutting-edge AI casino products, while nQube will gain further access to Asian, Australian, and New Zealand operators wishing to increase their revenue and operations via these new technologies.”
