
Universal Entertainment has confirmed its Okada Manila property will reopen at 30 percent of its capacity of table and machine games.
The company said it will also open a portion of its hotel and restaurant facilities. It gave no specific date for reopening.
Casinos in the Philippines were closed from March 15 under a community wide quarantine order to control the spread of Covid-19.Â
Universal said it was still too soon to calculate the impact of the shutdown on its forecast for the current fiscal year.Â
Solaire Resorts & Casino has also this week set out a plan for its reopening, which will also be at 30 percent capacity, according to government guidelines.Â
