Ganapati founder Hayato Kinoshita indicted by Taiwanese prosecutors

Ganapati PLC founder Hayato Kinoshita has been indicted by Taiwanese prosecutors along with a dozen other people for illegally operating online gambling, rejecting defense arguments that they were several steps distant from any legal violations.
