Grand Korea Leisure (GKL) has unveiled its financial performance for March, showcasing robust growth in casino sales amid dynamic market conditions.

Foreigner-only casinos Paradise Co. and Grand Korea Leisure (GKL) both updated their February gaming revenues. 

Casino net sales at Grand Korea Leisure Co Ltd (GKL), an operator of foreigner-only casinos in South Korea, rose by 49.8 percent year-on-year in 2023, reaching KRW397.4 billion ($298 million).

Foreigner-only South Korean gaming operators Grand Korea Leisure (GKL) saw double-digit drops in revenue in October, with the most recent results indicating KRW28.64 billion ($21.49 million) in casino sales during the period, down 14 percent monthly and 17.7 percent yearly.

South Korean gaming operators Paradise Co and Grand Korea Leisure (GKL) reported a slight decline in net revenues on a month-on-month basis in September.

Foreigner-only casinos Grand Korea Leisure and Paradise Co. both saw strong yearly gains in casino revenue during August, according to their most recent data.

South Korean gaming operators Paradises Co and Grand Korea Leisure (GKL) reported solid gaming revenue in June. Both companies recorded a double-digit monthly growth from May to June.

Foreigner-only casinos in South Korea – Paradise and Grand Korea Leisure – reported strong gains in December, boosting their full year revenue for 2022.

South Korea’s Grand Korea Leisure (GKL) and Paradise Co saw strong results in November, on a yearly comparison, with Paradise seeing casino revenues rise 311 percent, to KRW39.57 billion ($30.41 million), while GKL revenue rose by 589 percent yearly to KRW28.19 billion ($21.66 million).

South Korea’s main foreigner-only casinos saw mixed results in June, with Paradise Co. reporting declining revenue from the prior month and Grand Korea Leisure a strong increase.
