Casino policy to be brought up in assembly session

The state government is set to come up with a casino policy in the upcoming monsoon session of the Goa legislative assembly, which begins on Tuesday, local media reports.

Speaking to Times of India, Goa chief minister Manohar Parrikar, said that guidelines on casinos will be announced during the session.

"Based on these guidelines, a policy will be brought out," Parrikar said.
