The 13 Holdings changes name to South Shore Holdings

The 13 Holdings is proposing to change its name to “South Shore Holdings Limited,” subject to shareholder approval.

In a HKEX filing, the company said the new name would provide a clear delineation between its corporate identity and that of its principal asset - The 13.

It’s Chinese name will also be changed, to “南岸集團有限公司” from “十三集團有限公司”.

The name change would be subject to shareholder approval as well as the Registar of Companies in Bermuda.

The 13 Holdings is a hospitality and management / engineering company. The company conducts it engineering / managing business through its 51.8 percent owned subsidiary Paul Y Engineering Group Limited (PYE).
