Steve Rittvo

Steven M. Rittvo, Chairman of The Innovation Group, has over twenty-eight years of experience in management studies and planning projects, including the completion of over 1,000 studies. Since its inception in 1993, Mr. Rittvo has built the firm into the nation's premier provider of consulting services for the gaming, leisure and hospitality industries. As Chairman, Mr. Rittvo is principal-in-charge, providing overall policy direction and technical oversight for the company.

Mr. Rittvo's clients have included Caesars Entertainment, MGM Mirage, Pinnacle, Mandalay Bay, Isle of Capri, Harrah's, Trump Hotels and Casinos, as well as numerous Native American tribes and government agencies throughout the United States and the world. In addition, Mr. Rittvo has regularly provided financial analyses pertaining to gaming projects for use by Wall Street and many of the country's largest institutional investors.

Mr. Rittvo has been a featured speaker at over 30 gaming conferences, has co-authored a book on the gaming industry published by UNLV and is a qualified expert witness in the areas of gaming project feasibility and financial analysis. Recently, Mr. Rittvo was engaged by the U.S. Department of the Interior as an expert witness to testify before a NAFTA tribunal, an adjunct of the World Court. Mr. Rittvo is also a current member of the Casino Advisory Committee of the Casino Resort Advisory Council of Tulane University as well as the Advisory Committee of the School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management at the University of Denver.

Mr. Rittvo has received a B.S. in Systems Engineering and a M.S. in Transportation Planning and Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn. He has also completed coursework toward his doctoral degree at the University of New Orleans, College of Urban and Public Affairs.
